Rating by category:
The location was fantastic, so close to all the sights and surrounding restaurants and bars. The view from our room was the best we have ever had.
The only complaint was the air conditioning unit was very difficult to use and was not very good, especially when its 30 degrees plus in the evening you do need it.
We liked it. The hotel's in the corner of the huge and busy Plaza del Pilar, so it's central to the sights and cafes and restaurants. We had no problem with traffic and street noise.
At any other time, this would've probably been great, because of it's fabulous location, but in the middle of the Pilar Fiesta, not a good choice. Otherwise, a great location.
OK, it was Fiesta, but the welcome wasn't great: no city maps; no directions for breakfast... The lift to the rooms was in an awkward position, between the bar & the lobby.
Location, breakfast was excellent!
We were waiting for parking address 30 mins. The receptionist was sending us email so long...
Right in the main square, room with view!
Asked for AC but it was not available for the sudden heat of that weekend
Fantastic location, very central. We havent used much of the facilities so our rating is only based on the bedroom which was super clean with soft and impeccable linen.
Although it was a good size, because the ceiling was low and there was no natural light (the one window was covered by a thick opaque curtain in the purpose of hiding the courtyard. A white thin one would have done just as good as a job with the advantage of letting the light through), the room felt dark and poky. The bathroom, especially the bath and shower area, in dire need of refurbishment.
-Good location, spacious room, friendly staff
-Wifi not working -Rooms would maybe need a little of refurbishment
The hotel is perfectly situated in Zaragoza right next to the Cathederal. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Cost of hotel was excellent too. Only down side was the hotel pillows were poor.
Pillows were awful
The location is amazing: right in the main square, with the two cathedrals that surrounds you. And even thought there was a Christmas Market there and we stayed at the first floor there was no noise inside the room. The room was small but cousy and warm.
Great position, in the central square
Bathroom too old, it has to be renewed. Wi-fi was too low, I was not able to use in my room.
The location was simply superb - in the central plaza. Lying on a bed I could see the imposing tower of the cathedral practically right in front of me. If I stepped on the balcony, I could see the majestic basilica on the other side.
The hotel would benefit from a face-lift, including the furnishing of the rooms, but the location and value-for-money tower over those petty nuisances that didn't affect the overall comfort level. Oh, be aware that on weekend nights there may be skateboarders causing a little bit of noise outside of your window.
Location was fantastic- right next to the cathedral and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
very central location
